Green beans provide a good source of protein, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and copper. Any variety of green beans will do for this recipe, but the flat, Roma variety does yield more juice.

  2. Add the lettuce, followed by the cucumber and the lemon.
  3. Mix the juice thoroughly to combine the ingredients and serve alone or over ice.
